Delivery service is provided by GLS express courier.
Packaging and delivery costs amount to € 9,00 for any order up to € 49,00.
Delivery time
Your order will be processed in two steps:
- Order processing time: 24 to 72 hours on working days from order acceptance;
- Delivery time: 24 to 48 hours on working days (due to health emergency delivery time may be delayed from 1 to 5 working days).
Until delivery is not transmitted to the courier and no delivery code is generated, your order will be shown as “in process” in your private area. Then it will appear as “completed”.
How to check the delivery status
The tracking number will be generated when the Courier receives the order.
The Courier will send you an email or a text with the tracking number. We will also send you an email once the code is available in your private area.
In order to check delivery by GLS enter this page: https://www.gls-italy.com/en/services-for-recipients/parcel-tracking
- Copy the tracking number and and paste it in the “shipment number” field,
- select (International shipment),
- click the “Submit” button.
You will soon be able to track the delivery status of your order.
