Would you like to know the status of your order?
You received the order confirmation, but nothing yet about the delivery.
Keep in mind that your order will be processed in two steps:
- Order processing time: 24/72 hours on working days from order confirmation.
- Delivery time: 24/48 hours on working days, but due to healthy emergencies there could be some delays (please consider 1/5 working days).
Until the delivery is not transmitted to the courier and no tracking number is generated, your order status will be “in progress”, when the tracking number is generated your order status will be “completed”.
Please keep in mind that both orders processing and delivery will be scheduled on working days (Monday to Friday). An order placed on Friday and delivered on Monday is for us almost impossible.
